“The schools are giving up their party time to go and help out in the literacy schools and give Bibles to the graduates. The team will also run children’s programmes in villages giving out a special booklet, Jesus is Born, that explains the meaning of Christmas.”

Team members from last years trip came back with great memories:

“I definitely feel that I have developed as a person over this mission trip,” said Sarah O’Donnell. “It has taught me to step out of my comfort zone and live a life on fire for God. It has also shown me how privileged I really am and has taught me to be more grateful for what I do have.”

“Just do it, you won’t regret it. It will change your life.”

Fellow team member Ivonne Kuswendi said: “The Cambodian Mission Trip with Bible Society was an amazing experience. I didn’t really know what to expect, so I tried to keep an opened mind, yet I wasn’t prepared for the tragic history that surrounded the country, or the close relationship developed with an awesome team during the trip.”
