position exists to manage and support the client
to work with Taste to create world-class creative.
While driven by process, the role requires strong
intuition, a love of people and the passion
to want to solve client problems. We require
someone that is highly organised, strategic,
works well under pressure, upholds our strong
attention-to-detail and a desire to help bring
great creative to life for our clients. The role is
supported by an experienced and driven Senior
Account Manager.
Responsibilities
• Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and
identify their project requirements
• Work with agency colleagues to devise a
creative strategy that meets the client’s brief
and budget
• Present (alongside agency colleagues) the
campaign ideas and budget to the client
• Work with the Senior Account Manager to
brief the production team and assist with the
formulation of marketing strategies
• Liaise with, and act as the link between,
the client and the production team by
maintaining regular contact with both
• Ensure that communication flows effectively
• Negotiate with clients and the production
team about the details of campaigns
• Present creative work to clients for approval
or modification
• Work with budgets, manage campaign costs
and invoice clients
• Write client reports
• Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns
• Undertake administrative tasks
• Arrange and attend meetings
• Make pitches, along with the production
team, with the aim of securing new business
for the agency.

Phase One

Phase Three
We will invite you in for the first-round interview
at the Taste offices in Surry Hills.
Phase Four
You will be asked to complete an online
psychometric test which assesses your natural
behaviour. This helps us to understand better
how you work and the best environment for you.
Phase Five
We will touch base with your referees for a good
old yarn.
Phase Six
We will invite you back for a second-round
interview with a couple more of the Taste team to
talk further about the role, your past experience,
how you’d fit in with the team and the future of
Taste Creative.
