Role Specifics:

  • Supervisor responsibilities
  • Toowoomba location
  • Casual hours
  • Shifts available from Monday to Saturday, including Thursday nights

Providing excellent customer service is the key purpose of this role along with supporting the Store Manager by supervising shifts, efficiently opening/closing the store and stock maintenance. Other duties will also include cash register operation, re-stocking shelves, pricing stock and store merchandising.

Key Criteria:

We are looking for an organised person with strong leadership skills who can efficiently supervise a store and work cohesively within a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must as well as a positive attitude. Retail experience and an intermediate level of computer literacy is essential. A good knowledge of Christian resources would be an advantage.
