Qualifications and experience 

  • Tertiary Qualified in design, visual communication, digital media or similar
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience, agency experience preferable
  • Branding and front-end design experience

Position Summary

This person loves all things design, with a focus on end-user experience in print and digital. This person is responsible for the creation of market facing graphics, ads and digital designs – from brief to implementation to evaluation. This person will be responsible for the visual management and advancement of CRU’s brands (Properties, Summit, Schools Min, Holiday Camps, Day Camps, Training). They will be responsible for the management of digital and print assets. They will manage and innovate CRU’s digital presence, with a focus on our websites. They will provide concepts and direction for the visual impact of CRU’s brand at event, in campaigns and collateral. This person will also be responsible for the development and implementation of a corporate brand, the reviewing of all digital and print content alongside the Director of Marketing and the Executive Director. They will contribute regularly in the development and implementation of awareness, acquisition and retention campaigns for all sub-brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Division and other Divisional heads to develop and implement brand and marketing strategies
  • Development and implementation of marketing campaigns to increase the visibility of CRU® and it’s sub-brands
  • Ensure consistency and quality of visual communications across all organisational websites, social media outlets, EDMs, printed material, etc.
  • Continued evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in awareness, acquisition and retention
  • Work effectively with the Communications and Social Media Specialist and the Marketing Coordinator to deliver excellence in organisational marketing activities
