We work with secular and faith-based brands who want to tell their story across the wild West. Not to mention the crazy East. Our work is expanding and our digital Lone Ranger needs a brilliant Tonto by her side. If you feel completely lost by this Gen X cultural reference, don’t worry. We want to hire you for your ability to:
– Devise strategies to drive online traffic through the company digital channels
– Track customer behaviour and optimising customer journeys and site performance to drive engagement and conversion
– Develop, managing and reporting on digital marketing campaigns that use a full range of strategies such as paid search, SEO and PPC
– Partner with advertising and media specialists to increase marketing results
Here's how you can stand with Ukraine
Mercy dash to deliver essentials to Ukraine as the chaos of war hits home
Pray for Russians too
Is Putin evil?
Honestly, you’re probably so young you’re not even aware that there used to be this thing called animated cartoons on a fat device called a “television”. You may not have even finished your degree. Which is all to say we’re looking for someone who has:
– 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing as a volunteer, or in a small business
– A good understanding of marketing analytics and how to use insights to optimise performance
– Some experience with Google and Facebook ads
– Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Media, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
Without wanting to start a culture war, the fact is a lot of the brands we we work with are faith based, so you’ll probably feel a lot more relaxed if the whole Christian faith thing is your bag. But if it isn’t, hey, we’re open to conversation. What you definitely do need is an ability to:
– Design and deliver digital marketing campaigns and optimise our digital channels to drive growth in and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
– This includes developing go-to-market strategies and discovering new audiences and markets to utilise the national datasets that make up our quality offering.
In short, you’ll be daring and resourceful, even if you’re not a masked rider of the plains. But hey, if you are, that’s okay too.
