The RTC is a small, dynamic and growing reformed evangelical College in Melbourne’s CBD. We are seeking to appoint a full-time Lecturer/Senior lecturer in Old Testament.

RTC is committed to Christ-centred training for life and ministry from an overtly Reformed theological perspective. This position therefore suits someone who is deeply committed to Christ, the work of the gospel, and Reformed theology. The successful applicant will need to be able to subscribe to the historic Reformed Confessions that form the Confessional basis of the RTC. They will need to be able to teach Hebrew, OT exegesis and biblical theology. They will need to hold a doctorate in OT or a related field or be a doctoral candidate.

Since RTC is committed to training that is not only of a high academic standard but also equips people for gospel life and ministry, we are seeking someone who has a strong personal faith, considerable ministry experience, a proven commitment to gospel work, strong inter-personal skills, and is a clear and engaging teacher. Experience in teaching at a tertiary level will be advantageous. The successful applicant will work at RTC’s Melbourne and Geelong campuses, will be engaged in both on-campus and online delivery, and will be able to engage in aspects of RTC’s life and ministry.
