Candidates must possess and demonstrate the following qualities:
- A growing and healthy relationship with Jesus
- Completion / Willingness to complete 2 foundational units of chaplaincy study
- A calling and passion for ministry to kids, youth and/or young adults
- The ability to gather people and relate effectively with others
- A willingness to learn, grow and develop in character and ministry
- Good organisational skills
