St Swithun’s is a well-resourced church on Sydney’s North Shore located in an area with many families.
We need to enhance our contemporary service offering to better serve the needs of our community, include establishing a morning service that is more relevant to younger families not yet connecting with St Swithun’s.

We seek a full-time, dynamic and entrepreneurial, ordained leader with a demonstrated ability in change management to lead our contemporary congregations to grow in their relationship with God and to reach out with the Gospel to our community.
Strong collaboration, communication, time management and organisational skills are essential. Experience in cross-cultural ministry would be an advantage.
The successful applicant must meet the requirements to work in Australia and also be suitable for licensing as a clergyperson in the Anglican Diocese of Sydney.
