Today is World Mental Health Day.
With mental health issues increasing in recent decades, and especially in the wake of the pandemic, World Mental Health Day is a valuable chance to acknowledge this wide-spread pain and to remember our hope in Jesus.
Christians with mental health struggles can face the added challenge of unbiblical expectations, arising from the false belief that Christians don’t face these battles, or shouldn’t if they truly have faith.
But at Eternity we mourn the fact that Christians face mental health challenges too, and we regularly publish relevant, practical and hope-filled resources. Here are five of our most popular from the past year:
